Terms and Conditions for the RealEquity Connector App

1. Introduction

Welcome to the RealEquity Connector app for Canva ("App"), provided by C&B Systemer A/S ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our App, which connects your Canva account to your RealEquity case management system ("RealEquity").

By installing and using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App allows you to perform the following actions:

Authenticate with your RealEquity account.
Access and pull text data from your RealEquity cases into your Canva designs.
Access and pull images from your RealEquity cases into your Canva designs.
Save completed Canva designs back to a specified case in RealEquity as documents or media items.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your RealEquity and Canva account credentials.
Any and all activities that occur under your accounts.
Ensuring that the data you transfer (texts, images, designs) complies with all applicable laws, including data privacy (like GDPR) and intellectual property laws.
Having the necessary permissions and licenses for any content you use or save via the App.

4. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, titles, and interest in and to the App itself. You own all rights to your designs and the data that you pull from your RealEquity instance. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to perform the services required for the App's functionality (e.g., to process and transfer your data as you direct).

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&B Systemer A/S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
