Privacy Policy for the RealEquity Connector App

C&B Systemer A/S ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in relation to our RealEquity Connector app for Canva ("App").

As a Danish company, we process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Information We Collect

We only process data necessary to provide the App's functionality. We do not store your data, we only facilitate its transfer between RealEquity and Canva.

  • Authentication Information: To connect the App, you will provide authentication credentials for your RealEquity account. These are processed by the respective systems and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • User-Initiated Data: The App processes data *only* when you use it. This includes the text and images you choose to pull from RealEquity and the designs you choose to save back to RealEquity. The App acts as a temporary conduit for this data.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information for one purpose: to make the App work.

  • To authenticate your account and connect to your RealEquity instance.
  • To fetch the specific text and images you request from your case.
  • To write your completed design back to the case you specify.

We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing and Storage

We do not store your personal data or the case files you transfer. The data passes through our service temporarily to facilitate the transfer you requested between Canva's servers and your RealEquity system's servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, other than as necessary to provide the service (i.e., facilitating the connection to Canva and RealEquity).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, such as encryption (e.g., HTTPS), to protect your data during transit between Canva, our App, and RealEquity.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As your data is primarily stored in your RealEquity and Canva accounts, you should refer to their policies to exercise your rights of access, rectification, or erasure. As we do not store your personal data, any requests related to your data rights should be directed to your own company's administrator for RealEquity or to Canva.
